What is your machine ? Probably its wifi adapter supports 2.4GHz networks only. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz. Your machine can "see" 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect

 Regards

Reinstall the Wi-Fi driver using HP Recovery Manager (preferred)  Scroll down through the list of drivers, select the name of your computer's wireless adapter, and then click Next. Wait until the driver installs and restart your computer if prompted to do so. Try connecting to the Internet again.
