Very slow internet

Pavilion 20 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer was running slow on Windows 8. I was able to upgrade for free to Windows 10.  It still has extremely slow internet and my pages tend to load very slow. When I go to HP's support website, it doens't allow me to select Windows 10 for operating system, only 8 or 8.1. I suspect I have a driver issue because the 802.11 is b/g/n compatible even though it is only single band.  All my other computers on the network can get 100+ mbs but I can only manage between 6-15 mbs on this machine.


Help please.
