I am Currently Having Major internet issues with my New PC (less than 10 months old).
This problem started from Day 1 but has gotten worse over time.
When connected to WIFI My PC Randomly disconnects from the internet but is still Connected to my WIFI network, it says "NO Internet, Secured”
Then it usually reconnects (Not always) it Can reconnect in as little as 10 secs up to a few minutes. The few times it does not reconnect I have to reset the WIFI network Adaptor. When I run the HP support assistant It just reset the adaptor as well, I have run all the "Fixes & Diagnostics" options that come with HP Support Assistant which says my software is up to date and there are no issues with my PC.
It is not my Home NBN WIFI that is the problem I have run ping test on my PC and my laptop, when the PC disconnects from the internet my laptop Doesn't. I have tried different Bands, both 2.4 and 5 but this still didn’t fix the issue. None of my other internet connected Devices have this problem Laptop, TVs, Tablets, mobile phones.
I Have tried the following solutions. (With no luck)
-Factory reset (3 times)
-Removed all antivirus VPN software and turned off windows security and firewall
- uninstalled Device Realtek RTL8822ce 802 11ac PCIe adaptor then reinstall (using the scan for hardware changes) Multiple Times
- scanned for updated driver (is up to date)
- changed WIFI Channels
- done the following in command prompt as administrator
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Then restarted my PC.
- Reset Wi-Fi modem. Multiple Times
- Turned WI-FI off then on. Multiple Times
- Forget WI-FI then reconnect and re-enter password. Multiple Times
I was going to return the PC from where I brought it (still has 2 months warranty)
Then I noticed that all the WAN miniports don’t always load when I start my PC or load a few minutes later, when they do load, they all say, “Device status” “This device is working properly”. But when I look under “events”, I find these messages.
14/12/2022 Device settings for SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANBH were not migrated from previous OS installation due to partial or ambiguous device match.
14/12/2022 Device SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANBH was configured.
14/12/2022 Device SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANBH had a problem starting.
14/12/2022 This was the date I did the last Factory reset.
7/04/2023 Device SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANBH was deleted.
7/04/2023 Device SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANIP was configured.
7/04/2023 Device SWD\MSRRAS\MS_NDISWANIP had a problem starting.

7/04/2023 This is the date I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the WAN Miniports I only did this once.
These messages are all the same for all the WAN Miniports. I assume this is causing all my problems.
In the time it’s taken me to write this Very Long Message my WIFI has restarted 3 Times.
IF anyone has any solution to my very frustrating problem, I would very much appreciate it, otherwise I will be returning my pc to were I brought It from.
Thank you for taking the time to read my VERY LONG Problem Description.
