HI, I have an HP Paviliion All-in-one 24-xa1014 desktop computer. It has lots of ports on the back, including one that looks like an Ethernet port.
I need to hard wire the computer to my modem for improved internet speed, etc.
I tried to connect the yellow, cat. 5E cord that came with the modem, but the end is to large to fit into my computer.
What size cord am I supposed to buy?
Or is there an adapter that I need to purchase?
(The sticker on the box does not specifically list a wired LAN port, but I can see it....)
Thanks in advance - this is very frustrating.
