HP All-in-One Desktop PC 24-cr0000a (71U92AV)

My computer will not connect to the internet upon startup anymore for the past 2 weeks (no recent updates in those 2 weeks). For the past two weeks, I can run the network and internet troubleshooter, have it restart my adapter and reset the WiFi Device, but over time I have to run those troubleshooters more and more and reset it more and more. Today, those were no longer working, so I followed every step included in the help article here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows/Experience/Connectivity-Networking/fix-wi-fi-connection-...

These did not work, but I did run the command prompts in a different order: ipconfig /flushdns followed by netsh winsock reset, and restarted the computer. Then, I ran ipconfig /flushdns followed by netsh int ip reset, followed by ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, and restarted. I had to do this a few times, but my computer finally connected to the internet after I ran the network troubleshooter "Restart Adapter," one more time. This allowed me to update all drivers and update the BIOS. After the BIOS restarted the computer, the computer would not connect to the internet again. This time I ran the network troubleshooter "Restart Adapter" and it reconnected to the internet. So, we are back to where we started 2 weeks ago where I have to run the troubleshooter every time I power on or restart my device.

I am looking for a permanent fix, and very frustrated that I can't find a real human to talk to quickly. Hoping to find help.
