Here’s what we can do step by step:

Step 1: Confirm Adapter Status

• Press Windows + R, type devmgmt.msc, hit Enter.
• Expand Network adapters.
• Do you see your Wi-Fi adapter (e.g., Realtek, Intel, Qualcomm)? 
  • If it’s missing or shows a yellow triangle, the driver isn’t installed, or the hardware isn’t detected.

Step 2: Check in BIOS

• Restart your laptop → Press Esc or F10 for BIOS.
• Ensure Wireless LAN is enabled under System Configuration.

Step 3: Install Driver Without Internet

Since you don’t have another PC, here are options:

• Use your phone: Download the driver from HP’s official site on your phone and transfer it via USB cable.

Step 4: Identify Your Model

You’ll need your laptop’s exact model number (printed on the bottom or under the battery).
Once you have it, download the Wi-Fi driver (Realtek/Intel) and chipset driver.

Step 5: Enable Wi-Fi Service

• Find WLAN AutoConfig, set it to Automatic, and start it.
