I recently tried replacing my graphics card and power supply, it didn't work out, so I put it back together, and I must have missed a cable, because my pc can't pick up the wifi connection anymore.

Hi:

 

Yes, most likely you inadvertently disconnected the antenna cable that goes to the wifi card.

 

It will be a very thin wire hanging loose in there.

 

It will have a little cup-shaped connector on it and that end snaps onto the wifi card that is laying flat on the motherboard.

Do you know if there is an easy way to put these in? I'm having trouble getting them in because they're so small and the wifi card is sandwiched between the graphics card and the power supply.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do it that I know of.

 

They are very delicate.

 

Would it be feasible for you to remove the wifi card, and connect the antenna wires to it with the card removed and then screw it back in?
