  • Can you please provide the specific model of your HP printer?

Connection Issues:

  • Is the printer unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network, or is it connected but not printing?

Error Messages:

  • Are there any error messages displayed on the printer's screen or your computer?

Network Configuration:

  • What type of Wi-Fi network are you using (e.g., home network, office network)?
  • Are you using a dual-band router (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz)? If so, which band is the printer connected to?

Router Information:

  • Have there been any changes to your router or its settings recently?
  • What is the distance between your router and the printer?
