Hi,

Thanks for the update and it looks like a visit is the only solution. This is a real shame, as I was hoping to resolve it myself. The laptop is not even a year old, so pretty disappointing to find there are issues with it requiring a service visit and no doubt time with out the laptop when it is sent off for repair.
