I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse but haven't been able to figure out how to get them to connect to my computer. Windows recognizes the keyboard dongle (the only one plugged in at the moment) but my keyboard doesn't do anything. I push the button to connect but that doesn't help. Yes, I'm using new batteries.

@Josh1024

What is brand and model of the wireless keyboard. Does it use Bluetooth or just normal USB dongle ?

Regards.

It’s an HP but I don’t see a model on it. The sticker on the back wasn’t helpful in that regard either (and I’m at work now so I can’t look). I believe it’s dongle-only.

Banhien, I would like to apologize for wasting your time. It was user error the entire time. I had paired my wireless mouse dongle with my keyboard, evidently. Thanks for trying to help.
