Hi,
I have an All in One, [Personal Information Removed], Product number: H6U07AA#ABA. The wireless keyboard stop working. I have tried restarting the computer; pressing the esc key during restart, pressing the blue connect button while restarting and during the reinstall of the drive. Also, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drive. I have changed the batteries.
When I go to Control Panel; hardware& sound; device manager; keyboards; HIB keyboard device-properties. Under GENERAL tab, it says my device is working properly. The DRIVER tab has Driver Provider: Microsoft; Driver date: 6/21/2006 ; Driver version: 6.3.9600. 17808 ; Driver signer : Microsoft Windows. When I click UPDATE DRIVER then use the search automatically function( I have tried pressing the connect button on the keyboard during this time & not pressing the button), I get "Windows has determined that the driver software for your device is up to date." However, it's not working. Please help!
