I recently picked up a HP all in one Pavilion 27QB0084in for home use. While I have plugged in my office laptop to the desktop using a HDMI cable, how do I connect my Pavilion wireless keyboard and mouse to my office laptop so that I can use the desktop instead of typing on the laptop. My HP EliteBook was unable to connect directly to the wireless mouse and keyboard and I suspect this is due to the USB receiver. Should I buy another USB receiver which can be plugged into my laptop which can help me use the same mouse and keyboard for both the desktop and the laptop? Any help here would be appreciated

Hello
I do not know if I understood well ..
The keyboard and mouse work normally if connected to the desktop computer?
To be able to use them on the portable, it is necessary to connect the receiver usb above, that does not function?
As for a second receiver, this may not be possible, only a few mouse keyboard models can work with other USB receivers this mouse keyboard kit, may not allow it!
