Won't recognize any available networks

All the sudden my computer has stopped to recognize any available network, I have reset the networks, my wifi, my pc several times and hasn't solved the issue. I have tried my home wife but also movile hotspot, it doesn't recognize any of them....  Have run the troubleshooting function several times too and no success, it says network need to be rested but can't fix the issue.... one time it did fixed the issue for two min but after that same issue again and again... any idea of what I can do to fix it?

What is the model-name and model-number of your computer?

Does your computer have a button (or a slider) to enable/disable your WiFi adapter?
