add a device is not able to detect my HP tilt pen 2.0 , also HP pen control is not compatible

I have HP Pavilion x360 Convertible laptop which is touch screen and supports windows ink but when i try to connect my HP tilt pen 2.0 my bluetooth is not able to detect it , 

also HP pen control shows " HP pen control is not compatible with this computer "

i have tried :- 

1- updating firmware 

2- BIOS update 

3- divers update

4- diagnosis with several issues 

5- tried to contact hp support but the said as my laptop is out of warranty the wont help me

but what about my pen which i bought just 2 days back it also has 1 year warranty 

please help me with anything which can connect my pen with system ,

very disappointed from HP Support

I do not see anywhere that you have told us the exact model of your computer.

Is the pen you purchased compatible?

I cannot find anything that confirms this pen (or any pen) is compatible with your computer.

In my opinion, the pen is not compatible and will not work.
