Hi @bakhshi

I recommend you to update the wireless card driver from device manager and run the command again and check.

If the issue still persists, I recommend you to contact phone support to further diagnose the issue.

Here is how you can reach phone support.

Open link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks again but My drivers are the latest and updated , can't update it again .

and I don't think I will be using phone support as I have some issues with calling here in India , finding an online solution would be best .

Thanks anyway I hope I can find it soon.

Hi there

I simply downgraded the driver version for my intel wireless card 7265 by unistalling the latest driver version , downloading and installing the very older version --> 17.15.0.5 . problem solved.PNG

After installing , I rebooted my laptop and then started the app called OSToto Hotspot downloaded from http://www.ostoto.com/products/wifi-hotspot.html .

However some other apps do not work as far but at least it solved my problem here .

Thank you so much for your cooperation and help sir .
Have a good day .
