I have been struggling to solve this problem since one week , but I couldn't have solved it yet .
There is an already posted question in this community but None of them has worked yet for me .
I tried eveything .
To brief you my problem , I can not give hotspot from my ethernet cable which is connected via a USB-to-Ethernet cable to my computer.
I installed many apps like Connectify , OSToto Hotspot v22.214.171.124 , Baidu Wifi Hotspot , and many others but none of them worked , however they work properly in my Dell Laptop .
Please Help me to solve this problem .
I have attached a photo , it might be the driver problem but I don't know ...

I recommend you to update the wireless card driver from device manager and run the command again and check.
If the issue still persists, I recommend you to contact phone support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can reach phone support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
Let me know how it goes.

Thanks again but My drivers are the latest and updated , can't update it again .
and I don't think I will be using phone support as I have some issues with calling here in India , finding an online solution would be best .
Thanks anyway I hope I can find it soon.

I simply downgraded the driver version for my intel wireless card 7265 by unistalling the latest driver version , downloading and installing the very older version --> 126.96.36.199 .
After installing , I rebooted my laptop and then started the app called OSToto Hotspot downloaded from http://www.ostoto.com/products/wifi-hotspot.html .
However some other apps do not work as far but at least it solved my problem here .
Thank you so much for your cooperation and help sir .
Have a good day .
