Hi @Saravanassk22,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Losing the dongle for your HP CS10 wireless keyboard can be frustrating, but there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue.

Universal Wireless Receiver:

  • Some universal wireless receivers might be compatible with your keyboard. Look for options from brands like Logitech that support multiple devices. However, compatibility is not guaranteed, so check the product details or customer reviews to ensure it will work with your HP CS10 keyboard.

Consider a New Keyboard:

  • If you cannot find a replacement dongle, consider purchasing a new wireless keyboard. Many affordable options are available that come with their own dongle.

Check for Bluetooth Connectivity:

  • If your HP CS10 wireless keyboard supports Bluetooth, you can pair it directly with your laptop without needing the dongle. Check the user manual or HP's website for instructions on how to pair your keyboard via Bluetooth.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
