HI, I am trying to complete a mailing. The printer does not allow for a custom size envelope and the size envelope is an A& envelope which is 5.25 by 7.25 envelope. I am usinga mac book taht does allow for custome settings.

I would greatly approciate any feedback.

The printer supports envelopes in standard and custom sizes as explained in Specifications >

Paper Handling > Supported Envelopes

and

Supported Custom Sizes

The printer supports the creation and use of Custom Paper Sizes as explained in the document:

 Creating Custom Paper Sizes

The User Guide explains how to load Media (kind of paper).  In general, unless otherwise instructed, envelopes are loaded face down, short sides front and back.   If you are unsure of the results, draw an envelope on a piece of paper and print the test envelope content on that paper.  If the printing comes out on the correct side of the paper, in the correct orientation, and with the imaginary envelope flap on the correct side of the paper, try printing your envelope.

• Open the main tray
• Remove plain paper
• Load envelopes (about six to eight), face down, short sides front and back
• Close the tray
• On the printer front panel, click "Modify" (or similar wording), Change the paper size to Custom

Create your custom paper size form, using an existing envelope size (in the list) as a "template" to create your new form.

Word > Mailings > Envelopes

Set the envelope size to Custom and enter the size of the envelope in the tiny menu.

The following example is for WINDOWS and is provided for general reference only.

The "Envelope Options" is similar to the "Font" menu in the Word for Mac setup.
