Desktop P7-1154
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I installed arlo security camera to my desktop and nighthawk router R7000.  Now I have no router, not network at home, no printer.  I guess no nothing.  Don't even know where to begin?  Any ideas?  I thought NetGear was a reputable company but I cannot even get them to respond.

Hi

Can you remove/rollback the Arlo camera?

Usually web cameras have a built in Web Server and can act as a standalone unit and may be trying to use another network range.

So you have an ISP and a Router provided by them?

Also another router NightHawk R700 to use as well?

So attempt to describe the hardware first in a logical order?

I recommend that you watch this video to assist in setup.  I think the Desktop P7-1154 is fine.
