original keyboard works, but I prefer the new keyboard's keys

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you using the wired keyboard which came with the computer?
  • Did you purchase a wireless keyboard?

I am using the original wireless that came with the HP Pavilion computer.

I have purchased a Logitech G613 wireless keyboard because I like the structure of the keys.  They are similar to the computer keyboard I had with a prior Dell computer.

This is compatibility related issue, and it's not possible to change the keyboard layout configuration.
