Hi:
Did you connect the internal Bluetooth cable that should have come with the Wi-Fi card to your PC's internal 9-pin USB 2 connector? One end plugs into the Wi-Fi card and the other end to the USB 2 connector on the motherboard.
The Bluetooth portion of the Wi-Fi card is USB powered, which is why it is not showing up in the device manager.
That's what the cable is for that came in the package. Watch the installation video on this Amazon link.
Look at the system board layout for your PC's form factor in chapter 1 of the service manual for the location of the internal USB 2 connector the other end of that BT cable goes to.
