HP Z240 Tower Base Model Workstation

my computer has a TP-LINK Archer TXE75E card, however, the computer cannot find Bluetooth in the device manager and I cannot get it to work. what help? the drivers are installed. wifi works well

Hi:

 

Did you connect the internal Bluetooth cable that should have come with the Wi-Fi card to your PC's internal 9-pin USB 2 connector?  One end plugs into the Wi-Fi card and the other end to the USB 2 connector on the motherboard.

 

The Bluetooth portion of the Wi-Fi card is USB powered, which is why it is not showing up in the device manager.

Look at the system board layout for your PC's form factor in chapter 1 of the service manual for the location of the internal USB 2 connector the other end of that BT cable goes to.
