Hi @Boo8525,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your HP printer Wi‑Fi is not working. Try these steps:

Restore Wi‑Fi setup mode:

  • Touchscreen printers: Open Wireless or Setup menu > Network setup or Settings > Restore Network Settings.

  • Printers without a touchscreen: Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons for 5 seconds until the Wireless light blinks.

When Wi‑Fi setup mode is active, the Wireless light/icon blinks.

Reconnect using the HP app:

  • Open the HP app and sign in or create an account.

  • Within 2 hours of restoring Wi‑Fi setup mode, use the guided setup to add the printer and reconnect it to Wi‑Fi.

If you changed your router, ISP, network name, or password:

  • Use Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer control panel:
  •
    • Go to Setup / Network / Wireless settings

    • Select Wireless Setup Wizard

    • Choose your network and enter the password.

For printers without a touchscreen:

  • You can also use WPS:

    • Press and hold the Wi‑Fi button until the light flashes.

    • Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.

    • Wait until the wireless light stops flashing.

Check the connection:

  • On touchscreen printers, print a Wireless Network Test Report from the Wireless, Network Settings, or Setup menu to identify connection problems.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
