HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi when I go to settings the wwireless is missing under Network and Internet.

Do I have to press buttons on the keaboard to make that active? Is the computer in fly mode

How can I solve that, I want to connect with my router to enable me to go on internet

Thank you for your help.

Hello
do you have this problem after installing windows 10?
check to start from the device manager, if the wifi is detected and installed

in this case it would be necessary to open the computer
Unplug everything
unplug the power
keep the power button pressed for at least 30sec
then remove the wifi card
reconnect the wifi card,
reconnect keyboard, mouse and monitor
then restart the computer
open device manager
if nothing is detected, click on the button "search / detected hardware"
if the card is still not detected
it may have a problem, get a usb wifi dongle!
