my laptop is connecting only 2.4 ghz wifi but it is not connecting 5ghz wifi .and product number is 7WQ13PA#ACJ AND Radio types is supported is 802.11 n/g/b . send me procces how to dowload it and upgrade or instiall it

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with the Realtek RTL8723DE wifi adapter.
In order for your PC to connect to the 5.0 GHz wifi band, you would either have to purchase a dual band USB wifi adapter, or open up the notebook and replace the RTL8723DE wifi card with this model...
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005.
You can find this model on eBay, or Ali Express.
I see some Intel 3165 cards listed on the eBay listings, so don't buy those.

On the Ali Express listings, make sure the card has the HP Part # of 915620-001.
