Hi @yusufatc,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that for an HP PC with Wi‑Fi not detected and driver errors such as Code 10 or Code 43, the HP guidance in the provided content supports these steps:

Run Windows Update:

  • In Windows, search for Check for updates.

  • Install all available updates, including optional updates if offered.

  • Restart the computer after installation.

HP notes that this can update drivers and resolve hardware/device issues.

Update the keyboard/hardware drivers through Device Manager:

  • In Windows, open Device Manager.

  • Update the affected device driver and restart the PC after installation.

While the provided document uses a keyboard example, it explicitly says Device Manager can be used to update wireless and other hardware drivers.

Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows:

  • Open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Support.

  • Go to Component Tests and run the available device tests.

  • If a test fails, record the 24-digit failure ID and contact HP Support.

Check Bluetooth/wireless connection troubleshooting:

  • HP also points to its Bluetooth connection troubleshooting guidance for connection or driver-related issues with wireless devices.

Use System Restore:

  • If the issue started recently, use System Restore to return the PC to a previous working state.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
