We bought our son a entry level HP laptop for email/photos.  Truth be told, it hasn't been used in over a year.  We never set a recovery image..etc.  Now the only way I can get on Internet is by LAN.  The home wifi isn't able to be detected even though every other device in our house can detect.  I've factory reset HP, reset adapters, troubleshooted adapters, reset wifi.  My neighbors wifi can be seen all 6 of them, but not mine.  

 

Please help...
