Just trying to hook up to wireless internet. Can someone please help?

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Network adapters device manager category.

 

In addition to the Intel 82579LM Gigabit ethernet connection device, if the PC comes with built in wifi, there will be some model wifi adapter listed there.

 

If there isn't, your PC is one of the 95% that don't come with built in wireless.

 

You can easily add wifi by purchasing an external USB dual band wifi adapter.

 

If you want Bluetooth as well, they make some combination USB wifi/bluetooth adapters nowadays.
