Hi @captainruto,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you’re seeing “Connection failed” when trying to access Yahoo Mail over your Wi-Fi.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

  • Are you accessing Yahoo Mail through a web browser or the Yahoo Mail app?
  • What is the HP product/model you are using?
  • Does the issue occur only on this HP device, or do other devices on the same Wi-Fi have the same problem?
  • Are you able to access other websites normally while connected to the same Wi-Fi?
  • If possible, please share a screenshot of the “Connection failed” message.

Once we have these details, we can determine whether the issue is related to the HP device or to Yahoo Mail/network connectivity and suggest the appropriate next steps.

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi

I'm an HP Employee.
