Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how to obtain a manual

for the HP DC7600 motherboard model 09F8H.

I can not seem to get the fans to idle down, The CPU fan is running  at 5400RPM and is LOUD!!

 

I see in the BIOS ther is a category marked "Thermal" but I can not figure out how to use it.

Please Help! Very frustrated.........

Did you try to change the fan idle speed settings in the BIOS like I suggested on your other post?
