What G skills 32 gb ram kit do I buy

Your memory kit you buy will need to be as the pc spec says"Supports PC4-19200 (DRR4-2400)" so if you buy any other speed than that....they might work but the speed will be downgraded to 2133 Mhz....

With other words...the memory will need to NATIVELY support 2400 Mhz without XMP (Xtreme Memory Profile) which is not supported by HP Motherboards.

Basically, you need 2x16GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM from your preferred brand.

Basically you are correct...but practically if 2400 Mhz speed on that G-skill kit can only be obtained using XMP profile and increased voltage from 1,2 V and not plug and play....it will be downgraded to 2133 Mhz instead...using the Jedec standards.

I was reading the specs on the links you provided and if you can see there...its said that "Designed with a low voltage of 1.2V~1.35V at DDR4 standard, this lowers the memory voltage requirement " also that these are "XMP 2.0 ready"

 XMP profiles are not supported on HP Motherboards!!!! so you wont achive the speed...and it will be downgraded to 2133Mhz to work on 1,2 v

If it is sold as 2400MHz RAM it should work at 2400MHz without XMP which will be for higher rates.

Not really...you can see many kits that are sold as 3000 Mhz or even more...but that can only be achived with XMP.

and yes I agree...Crucial will work, as Samsung and Micron kits that are used by HP by default

If you look at the SPD speed (which is native speed) for the Gskill linked  is 2400MHz. Higher RAM speed such as 3000MHz will be reached with XMP (as natively not capable) such as these:

which have SPD at 2133MHz
