I am having a problem with my HP Prodesk 600 G2 restarting after shutting down.  This is what I found to fixz my problem.  It was very simple.  Go to Device Manger --  Network adapter -- Powermangament.  Make sure all boxes are unchecked.

Hi

Please perform the below steps to resolve the issue.

press and hold windows key and press R

This will open RUN command

type sysdm.cpl and enter

this will open the system properties

Click the Advanced tab, and then click the Settings button under 'Startup and Recovery'

In the next window Uncheck Automatically restart.

click ok to apply the changes

With that change, Windows will no longer reboot when you tell it to shut down.
