Given Microsoft has withdrawn support for Windows Media Centre is there another product that will support the H752 Avermedia TV Tuner. I am reluctant to upgrade to Win10 until I find one as I use the TV Tuner regularly.

You will need to get the windows 10 driver for the tuner.
If the same is not available then you may not be able to use it.
You can also check the compatibility of your PC at the link below

The MS software check says it is compatible so not worried about the driver. It is a application I am concerned about given Windows Media Centre is no longer available and is removed as part of the update to Windows 10. Does HPQuickplay support Avermedia H752 TV cards on HPE 575a PC's? It only seems to support laptops. And if it doesnt is there another that does.
