I need to understand how to reset my password on my All-In One HP Computer. I created a user name and password the user name is diana0060 but I don't remember the password how can I reset the password because I dont have a password reset key disk I never created one. I went on the support page can I use a new windows account and new user name tell me how to go to my all-in-one computer to enter my new user name and password because I can't open the computer without password how can i log in  without using a password just open the computer and start using it.

I'm sorry but I am a little confused. Your title mentions BIOS password but your message indicates this is a forgotten Windows logon password? A BIOS password would prevent the machine from even reaching the Windows logon screen. Can you clarify which password you have fogotten?

Also we need to know what Operating System you are running-Windows 10 or Windows 8, Windows 7?

To make it easier-just post the full Model of the machine> How To Find Model/Product Number
