Hi there @ronskaa,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I under stand that your computer is not starting and that you got a BIOHD 4 error. I am happy to help with this.
The BIOHD 4 error message is indicating a hard drive failure. Please see the following: HP Desktop PCs - Hard Drive Failure Errors: Imminent Failure, Smart, BIOHD, HD535, etc. Since you had Windows 10 installed, then be sure that you have Windows 10 installation media available, or use any recovery disks you may have for your system to use with a replacement hard drive. If possible you could try to recover data from the failing/failed hard drive as well. Depending on what you have available there are several methods you could try. Here are some ideas and despite the page mentioning notebooks, the principles could be applied to a desktop as well. How to Recover Data from the Hard Drive of a Dead Laptop - wikihow.com
Once you have replaced the hard drive and used recovery media or installed from a Windows 10 installation disk, if the computer is still having an issue, please see;
HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10,8)
Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
