I have the same PC, I wouldn't hit a hog in the ass with it. Got to be the slowest computer I have ever had, to cost so much and be so slow. If I had the money I would make a video of me destroying it on YouTube. That is how much I hate it.

I agree, I will never buy an HP computer again. The company has you as a hostage, you either pay or put up with their crappy computer.

AGREE with you 100%'

Horrible

slow and continually freezes  up. Changes display without notice and it takes me so long to do anything, I resort to an iPad which is lickety split on everything............. How I would like to sell it but refuse to dump this piece of &*&*&*&(&(* on anyone else.

Have wondered if upgrading to Win 10 would solve any issues...............

I have had two Acer computers that run like a charm. Sorry I did not get another. I will never buy a HP product again.

I also have a brand new HP all in one that is terribly slow.  When I download anything it maxes out at 2.5 MBps and when I run a speed test it shows I am getting 38 down an 9 up.  I went to HP support assistant and tried to chat with a rep but it would never even connect.  I have 8 gig RAM and 1 TB hard drive that I basically can't use.  I have tried downloading software and content from multiple sites and always get the same slow speeds.  Terrible buy, should have gone with the Dell.

I have Hp Pavilion 21 with AMD cpu . I bought it 6 months ago and I have updated it to windows 10.The speed is too low.It  works  as if it is 10 years old such as a "Durn 800 " !!( I am IT techicien and I have 12 years experince) I belive that this computer has a serius problem in design of the chip and mianboard. So may be it has the same problem as Hp pavilion 23. I suggest If you have wasted your money on buying that divce don't waste your time asking for help.

The only thing I can suggest is using  Ghrome when surfing .
