This is for Bluetooth 4.0 (not for 3.0)

I had the same problem and used this download to fix it. I also have the Broadcom Bluetooth 2070 (Bluetooth 3.0)

well i've discovered a solution for this issue using Paul's help..see frank? do precisely what paul told u to bt before u install the drivers from the link he's just given u make sure u uninstall yr current Broadcom 2070 under control panel> programes and features. Thereafter restart yr laptop n nw u are ready to install the new drivers. After this installation make sure u restart yr laptop again. It works, for it worked for me!!!!
