Your "all-in-one" computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04342250
shows that a CD/DVD drive is included.
> CURRENTLY THIS HARDWARE DEVICE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER
Hold down the "Windows" key (bottom left of your keyboard), and touch the 'E' key, and release both keys.
You should see something like:
which shows that my motherboard has detected my DVD drive.
Do you see something similar, or nothing that matches ?
If not, then the device could be electronically "dead" -- not answering when queried.
There are two connectors from the motherboard to the optical device: electrical power, and data.
At least one of those connections is not connected.
If you have experience in disassembling your computer, partially disassemble it, and check those two connectors.
If that is too daunting a task, take the computer to a qualified computer technician, for trouble-shooting and repair.
