HP Pavilion All In One 23q113w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can't log in to Windows 10 on my HP Pavilion  All In One  tried to access Recovery Manager by pressing F11 key at powerup but computer goes to Windows log in screen and prompt me for login pin number or password. Locked out of PC just want to return computer to factory reset state have PDF Manuel but still no luck help to reset to store bought condition please any suggestions please. Thank You in advance       SE1247

Hi there @SE1247,

 

May the Forums be with you!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.  I understand that you cannot log in to Windows 10.  I am happy to give you a hand with this.

 

Rather than go with a factory reset, maybe try out this process from Microsoft to completely reset Windows 10, and removes the existing profiles. Reset your Windows 10 local account password - support.microsoft.com. 

 

Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
