HP Compaq Pro 6200 SP 568
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

New Windows  7 operatinfg system installed on new hard drive. All went well until I tried to connect to the web. Got message "windows did not detect a properly installed net work adapter. If you have a network adapter you will need to re-install the driver."

As far as I know I never had a network. Since i can't connect I can't download any help such as drivers. HELP

Hi:

Download the ethernet driver to another PC and copy it to a USB flash drive or CD.

Use either media to transfer the file to your PC and install the driver that way.

This package contains the Intel PRO/1000 Driver for the supported desktop
models and operating systems.
