My Dell Monitor Displays Entering Power Safe Mode Immediate When I Press The Power Button And Start My Compaq Presario Desktop. No Beep From The Desktop, Fans Spinning Alright Buh No Boot. I Send It For Repairs Den Went To School. Wen I Came Back He Asked Me To Boot It And To My Surprise It Boot. But When I Took It Home No Boot Again. Please What Is The Problem And How Can I Solve It
