HP Recommended

My computer crashed and I lost alot of my programs. Window 10 had to be reloaded. After everything was entered I lost the ability to use my headphones.  It says I don't have a driver for it. What can I do to regain this function? We never have listened to the computer any other way except with headphones.  Please help....Thank You

PS I have an HP Envy pavillion computer..

When requesting help you should always include the make/model (i.e. p6-xxxx) of the computer and/or monitor. This information is necessary for us to review the specifications of them.
