HP Envy 27 AlInOne X6F45AA#ABA

Hello,

I'm in a prediciment & I'm not sure where to go or post.

I purchased a HP ENvy 27" Touchscreen All-In-One  deskptop which arrived damaged. Screen is shattered & the support hinge that holds the screen from the base is also cracked and damaged.

Paypal required a document such as an invoice from an unbiased third-party, such as a dealer, repair shop, appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the area that can verify the item is damaged or significantly not as described.

I tried calling the HP parts line on 1800 227 8164 to receive a quote but the number is disconnected. If anyone can point me to a service which can help out it would be appreciated. It is an emergency as I need to respond within 2 days.

I hope a HP consultant or a repair specialist can contact me asap.

@Envy_27, welcome to the forum.

This is a peer to peer help forum. The only presence that HP has on it are the Admins and the Mods. Otherwise, none of us works for HP.  With that said, if you bought the computer from HP Store, you should contact HP Customer Support.  If not, you should contact the seller for help with your problem.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
