Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

cCapture.JPGAfter the last few windows 10 updates  my system was hanging at the blue screen. Each time I went into bios settings and set the system to boot from a Samsung SSD.

Two days ago  I experienced the same problem, however now i cannot change the bios settings. I've tried removing the battery from the motherboard and restarting and still nothing. Pressing ESC or F10 on bootup has no effect. I cannot get past the screen which says "Default BIOS settings have been loaded.

I've tried removing the SSD, the hard disk and even the DVD SATA connectors hoping things would be resolved... all guesswork.

Anyone experienced this/ have a solution? I am at a loss!

I understand that your computer is not saving the BIOS changes. Happy to help.

Have you run a diagnostics on the computer?

Pressing F2 as described brings up the following screens. Tried ESC and F10. Always end up in the same place

Thanks for the reply, recommend you to rollback BIOS and check.

Follow the steps below.

Do a hard reset,

Connect only the keyboard, monitor and power cord. (USB keyboard connected to the rear ports recommended.)

Turn the computer ON while holding the Win + B key. (hold these 2 keys for more than 10 seconds, let go of the power button alone)

If rolling back BIOS does not work.

Please contact our phone support for the service options.

Keep me posted.
