My cursor disappeared from the start up. I can't get in thw box type my password to get on andmy fingerprint device on the unit stopped working. What do I do?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

Did you check if an external mouse or keyboard works?

When was the last time it worked without these issues?
