Hi, Ranagoshe:
You need to install the Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet driver for the first device pictured.
Try this one:
You need to install the ATI Chipset driver for the second one, but I need to know the full model number for your PC to find the right one.

Hi:
Try the AMD display driver from AMD. I'm hoping the SMBus controller driver is included in the driver below.
There is no chipset driver for your model.
If that isn't it, then I'm afraid I can't help with this one.

You're very welcome.
It is not necessary as far as I know but I personally don't like to see missing devices in my device manager.
That appears to be a common issue with that model and no one seems to be able to find the driver for it.
However, I think I have just found the answer for you.
Try this chipset driver. You have to manually install it.
To do that, run the download file below. Then go to the device manager and click on the smbus controller device. Then click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the manual search method and browse to the installation folder that was created when you ran the file. That file is located in C:\SWSetup\sp33927.
Select the driver in that folder which is SMBUSati.inf and hopefully the driver will install.

Hi, IT:
This should be the driver you need for your ATI x1600 video card:
