I am running server 2012 R2 and a p440ar raid controller with 400GB SSD's

 

I have a server running a p440ar raid controller In the manual it says it can do a online array expansion. I have added a Identical drive to the controller.

I can see the drive and I can add it as a hotswap spare but I cant use it to expand my array the option doesnt show up ins the HPE SSA (GUI). How do I expand my raid 5 from 3 disks to 4 (The option doesnt show up)
