Hello people,
I have a very strange problem. I want to find out exact specification of HP server Proliant DL380e Gen 8 without actual opeining the case. I just want to order some spare parts sunch as hard drive, fan, network cards and similar.
On official HP page I have entered both S/N and PN but the server was not identified. As if serial number is wrong or server doesn't exist.
I have also tried local support in my country but without any success.
How can I contact HP central and informa them about my problem.
