I'm using a Dell e-port replicator Pro3x to extend my display from my laptop to the HP 23es Monitor (brand new).
The monitor keeps showing "input signal not found". However, the e-port replicator works fine with other monitors. Both cables and e-port replicator had been troubleshooted, and they worked perfectly fine with other monitors.
Is it because the HP 23es doesnt work with Dell e-port replicator Pro3x?
Only upon connected directly from the HP 23es to my laptop, then it will works.
Will be so grateful if you can help.

Hi @localbreed
Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is a great way to engage, post questions and find resolutions by working with specialists in the HP community.
I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP monitor is not working with your Dell e-port replicator.
I’d love to help!
In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
· How is the monitor connected to the Dell replicator? (VGA/HDMI/DVI)
· Are you using any adapter or converter to connect the monitor?
In case you are using any adapter or converter to connect the monitor to the port replicator, I recommend you to connect it directly and check if it helps.
Let me know how it goes and you have a good day ahead.
Take care!
Cheers!
