HP-Pavilion 27_a175na

HP logo appears in middle of screen then a message appears (that is too quick to read) then switches off.

Had to record a video so that I could read the error message. Smiley Mad

---

Owned for less than 3 weeks and very annoyed that  havent being able to use for over 3 days so far because no support available at weekends!!!

Above issue  started Fri evening and went to HP support page.  When finished completing form, I thought I was getting somewhere  to learn no support available at weekends.

Assumed support form would be logged but as no phone call or email recieved, take it that it was never received by support.

Came back today to see that support LiveChat and phone are now closed.

PROBLEM

Has anyone here had this issue of switching on then getting intermittent whirring noises, beeping noises that goes on for approx 1min 22sec then the HP logo appears making you think HP-Pavilion 27_a175na   is turning on but instead a quick message appears on the screen then switches off?

You switch back on and same thing happens!

If so, how did you solve it?

Here is  my  YouTube video showing   the noise issue and error message

Suggestions on where I go from here, or what to do, to get it switching on and working again?

Thank you

I have read your post and understand that you need assistance in fixing the boot issue on the PC. Is that, right? I will be glad to help you.

I have found an HP article online which ideally addresses the issue more specifically to your PC.

Please use the article and follow the steps mentioned in it to check if that fixes the issue.
